Burgundy is influencing Rhenish portions of the Empire, enough so that they would rather heed the Burgundian ruler's call to arms than their own Emperor's. At this time this is already in the process of happening in fact. The disparate German princes and kings are petty and squabble amongst each other, so much so that it isn't hard for a foreign power to take from Bohemia's sphere of influence.
Great Power Bohemia (officially the Kingdom of Bohemia) is a grand nation, and its ruler is the only one in the west to hold the title of Emperor.
